The overall colours are appealing and there are no signs of any worm or infestation and the elephants have not been restored or repainted in any way.

India and its kings are famous for their palaces and the hand painted wooden artifacts within them. These elephants are inspired from that very style, where kings chose to mimic heavenly grandeur within their own surroundings.

Large and imposing, these fabulously decorative elephants provide a satisfying slice of vintage Indian home décor.
