The canvas in tea green, reinforced with well-patinated leather, fixed by brass buttons with the handle also in thick leather, this piece of vintage luggage has the right balance between the swank and the scruff, giving it a very endearing appeal.
General condition is as found, both locks work, though slightly stiff, and the interior is neither ripped nor spoiled. There has been one, good, repair to one side of the handle.
A handsome piece of functional vintage, and one that, when back from a long journey, can be casually slung into a corner of a room, doubling up nicely as a piece of period furniture.
