The stylish black enamel pendant hanging light bearing a good patination to its surface, and of rather unusual shape, surviving from mid-century England.

The light fitting is in very good and original condition. The whole does not suffer from losses, cracks or restoration with a good aged patination to enamel work with the finish worn more heavily in some places than others and some small amounts of old dirt and discoloured lacquer. The off-white interior has some areas of loss. The light is supplied with a length of black braided cable and is ready to install into the home.

This light has similarities to those made by 'REVO' the British lighting manufacturing powerhouse of the 1920s to 1960s. Useful, practical, edgy and timeless are all words that express what industrial furniture has come to mean and like traditional antiques they improve with age and the distress that comes hand in hand with their daily use.

A super stylish light of unusual form, and a nice find in a black finish.
