The Late Victorian period pine carcass of good size with a fabulous period black painted finish, naturally aged with bitumen blistering, the moulded rounded oversailing top over an arrangement of five graduated drawers, two short over three long, with the original knob handles to each, the whole sitting on shaped bracket feet and surviving form the late Victorian period.

The whole is perfectly serviceable, the drawers glide smoothly, and the whole proves sturdy and in good original order. We have waxed her to retain the current patina and finish which would have arisen due to being near a fireside or heat source.

Of good roomy size and able to slide into a period or contemporary setting.
