The large ivory over duck egg blue painted rectangular mirror having a pronounced and thick reeded frame in deal pine, standing at five feet high, the rectangular plate being clear with some small attractive spotting, the whole surviving from the second quarter of twentieth century France.

The mirror was possibly made up of the composite parts in the early twentieth century to order, the frame is very thick and would need suitable support for hanging. The plate has a touch of foxing to its edges but is clear in the main with the paintwork attractively worn commensurate with age. It was last purchased in Paris around twenty years ago.

A statement of a wall mirror ready to take centre stage.
