Of desirable diminutive proportions and a wonderfully naturally bleached elephant grey patina, the Victorian pine chest of drawers having a rectangular top above two short and two long drawers, each with original knob handles, and raised on stylised peg and cup feet, the whole surviving from the zeniths of the nineteenth century.

The drawers glide smoothly, the whole is sturdy and in good original order, and has taken on an wonderful elephant or bone like patina over many years of being positioned in natural sunlight.

This chest has that enviable natural bleaching which is impossible to fake and means it can sit happily in a traditional or more modern setting.

Very desirable in both proportion and colour; a decorator’s dream.
