Hand stitched, the heavy cotton flag, in a very large size, with the tag showing ‘Excelsior’ by Ernest W. Perrett of London, with the hem ink stamped ‘Netherlands’ and ‘3 Yard’.

The condition of the flag is superb considering the age, with the textile having no holes, tears or snagging to report.

The flag of the Netherlands is a horizontal tricolour of red, white, and blue. Introduced in 1572, it is one of the first tricolours and the oldest tricolour still in use today.

A large flag for a proud country, and one that is in excellent condition.
