The distressed Victorian station clock with painted dial reading Bond & Edge Putney, having an untested fusee mechanism, with three taxidermy white mice* scrambling to stay upon it, the whole a sculptural concoction surviving from the nineteenth and twenty first centuries.

Hickory, dickory, dock.
The mouse ran up the clock.
The clock struck one,
The mouse ran down,
Hickory, dickory, dock.
