Of rectangular form, decorated on both sides with engraved scrolls, with a turned collar at one end, and a hoop at the other. The hallmarks on holder (complete with pencil) and case are clearly impressed.
There are no obvious scratches or dents, and overall the silver is in very attractive condition.
